I love this article in the Harvard Business Review from Jason Seiken, General Manager, Digital of PBS: How I Got My Team to Fail More.

When you start with "delivering true business results" as a goal then workbackwards, the path may radical and even downright scary.  But Seiken shows that a culture of innovation (with room to fail) can lead to results like propelling PBSkids.org as the #1 website for kids video for 17 consecutive months and a quarter billion a month metric of video views on PBS.org.
